Content from one strategy
Posts, statics, reels and ad creative, made from your written strategy and brand kit, reviewed in one queue, and cut for every channel.
How content gets made
- PlanA content plan built from your strategy's pillars and the calendar's slots.
- ProduceAI writes the copy and designs statics, carousels and reels in your brand: your colours, type and imagery rules.
- ReviewEverything lands in one review queue. Approve, edit or reject, and the reason is kept so the next batch is better.
- CutApproved pieces are cut to each channel's shape: 4:5 and 9:16 for Instagram and Facebook, and square or landscape where needed.
- ShipApproved content goes to the calendar, to ads, or to WhatsApp broadcasts.
Your brand, not a template
Generic AI content looks generic. The content engine works from your brand kit and your real product imagery, and follows the rules you set, such as "no stock handshakes" or "always show the whole product". It also learns from what you reject.
Built over a year of real client work
The engine has produced content for retail, education, tourism and services clients. It's the same machine that makes ScaleIO's own posts. Every piece is reviewed by a person before it's published.
Content feeds the calendar and the ads director, and Readings shows which pieces actually produced leads.
A week with the content engine
The calendar asks for next fortnight's slots: three posts a week, one reel, and fresh creative for an ad set that's tiring. The content engine drafts them from the strategy's pillars, in your brand kit, and lines them up in the review queue with the caption, the format and the reason behind each piece.
You approve most in a few minutes, edit one headline and reject one image that doesn't feel right, with a note. The approved pieces are scheduled, the ad creative goes to the ads director, and the rejection note shapes the next batch.
- Formats: statics, carousels, reels, stories and ad creative, cut to each channel.
- Inputs: your strategy, brand kit and real product or service imagery.
- Output: nothing is published without approval.
Straight answers
What happens when the AI gets it wrong in front of a customer?
Nothing goes out unapproved on day one. Autonomy is switched on one surface at a time as trust is earned, guardrails block unsafe inputs and sensitive data, every action is logged, and when the agent is unsure it hands the conversation to a person with the full context.
Our industry is different.
In the detail, yes. The engine is the same; the knowledge, tone and flows are yours. The same platform runs a college, a charter operator and a wholesale supplier without any of them being a compromise.
What happens after onboarding? Are we on our own?
No. For the first 90 days ScaleMind runs the weekly loop with you: plan, produce, deploy, monitor, debrief. The target is that the machine needs less than two hours of your week.
How long until it's live, and what do we have to do?
Typically two to four weeks. From you: your WhatsApp number and Meta business verification, your product and pricing information, and about two hours a week during onboarding. We do the rest.
Your move.
