Nothing ships unapproved
Google and Meta campaigns, structured from your strategy, checked every day, and changed only when you say so.
What the ads director does
- PlansKeywords, audiences and campaign structure from your written strategy, with budgets in rand.
- BuildsCampaigns, ad sets and ads, with creative from the content engine, created paused until you approve.
- WatchesA daily review of spend, cost per lead and conversions, with anomalies flagged the same day.
- RecommendsBudget moves, paused ads and new tests queued as decisions for your sign-off: pause this, move R2 000 there.
- AuditsAccount hygiene, such as wasted search terms, broken tracking and fatigued creative, reported weekly.
Measured properly first
Ads without measurement are guesswork. Before any campaign spends, ScaleIO checks that conversions are recording end to end: a test lead from the ad, through WhatsApp or the form, into the pipeline. Primary conversions are real leads and bookings, not taps or page views.
Because the agent and the pipeline are part of the same system, the ads director can see which ad started which conversation, and which conversation became revenue.
Google and Meta together
- Google: search and Performance Max, with negative keywords maintained, conversion actions checked, and campaigns kept in rand and South African time.
- Meta: Facebook and Instagram campaigns, click-to-WhatsApp ads, and pixel and Conversions API events so Meta learns from real leads.
- One view: both in Readings, with spend to revenue side by side.
A week with the ads director
Monday: last week's spend, leads and cost per lead per campaign, next to the conversations and deals they produced. Tuesday to Friday: a short daily check flags anything unusual, such as a campaign spending with no leads or a search term burning budget, and queues a fix for your approval.
New creative arrives from the content engine when ads start to tire, and every change is written up in plain language: what changed, why, and what it should do. You keep control of budgets. The ads director never raises spend on its own.
- Connects to: Google Ads and Meta ad accounts you own, in rand and South African time.
- Needs: a written strategy and working conversion tracking before any spend.
- Reports to: Readings, next to every other channel.
Straight answers
What happens when the AI gets it wrong in front of a customer?
Nothing goes out unapproved on day one. Autonomy is switched on one surface at a time as trust is earned, guardrails block unsafe inputs and sensitive data, every action is logged, and when the agent is unsure it hands the conversation to a person with the full context.
Our developers could build this.
They could: the WhatsApp API, a bot framework, a CRM, the AI integrations and someone to keep it all running. Most teams that try find the maintenance becomes the job. ScaleIO is that stack already built, monitored and run with you.
How long until it's live, and what do we have to do?
Typically two to four weeks. From you: your WhatsApp number and Meta business verification, your product and pricing information, and about two hours a week during onboarding. We do the rest.
What happens after onboarding? Are we on our own?
No. For the first 90 days ScaleMind runs the weekly loop with you: plan, produce, deploy, monitor, debrief. The target is that the machine needs less than two hours of your week.
Your move.
