Everything, on schedule
Posts, campaigns, email sequences and reorder reminders in one calendar, published automatically once approved.
What lives in the calendar
- Organic posts: Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, scheduled weeks ahead.
- Campaigns: launches, seasonal pushes and intakes, with every piece and date in one place.
- Email sequences: drip campaigns that nurture leads who aren't ready yet, and stop when they reply.
- Reorder and re-engagement: reminders to customers who are due to buy again.
Two weeks of runway, always
The weekly loop keeps at least two weeks of approved content scheduled, so a busy week at your business doesn't mean silence online. The calendar shows what's approved, what's waiting for you and what's already been published.
Publishing, handled
- Connect your pages onceYour Facebook Page, Instagram account and LinkedIn page, through their official APIs.
- Approve in the calendarNothing publishes without approval.
- It goes out on timePosts publish at the scheduled time, in South African time, including weekends.
- Results come backReach and engagement flow into Readings, next to the leads they produced.
A week with the calendar
Monday's plan fills the next two weeks: posts across Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, a campaign landing on the right dates, and an email sequence for leads who said "not yet". The calendar shows each item's state (drafted, waiting for you, approved, published) so nothing slips through the gap between planning and posting.
When something changes, such as a new intake date, a sale or a public holiday, you move it once and every channel follows. Published posts report their reach and engagement back to Readings, next to the leads they produced.
Email sequences stop the moment someone replies or books, so nobody gets a "just checking in" after they have already said yes. Reorder reminders use the purchase history in the pipeline, timed to when each customer usually buys again.
- Channels: Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, plus email sequences.
- Rhythm: at least two weeks of approved content scheduled ahead.
- Control: nothing publishes without approval.
Straight answers
What happens after onboarding? Are we on our own?
No. For the first 90 days ScaleMind runs the weekly loop with you: plan, produce, deploy, monitor, debrief. The target is that the machine needs less than two hours of your week.
How long until it's live, and what do we have to do?
Typically two to four weeks. From you: your WhatsApp number and Meta business verification, your product and pricing information, and about two hours a week during onboarding. We do the rest.
Our industry is different.
In the detail, yes. The engine is the same; the knowledge, tone and flows are yours. The same platform runs a college, a charter operator and a wholesale supplier without any of them being a compromise.
Is this POPIA compliant, and who owns our data?
You own your data and can export it. Every client runs on its own isolated instance, with its own database and its own AI keys, hosted primarily in Microsoft Azure's South Africa North region, with role-based access and a full audit trail. See our privacy policy.
